In Module 2, we'll show you exactly how to convert your Fulfilment Factors into motivating Career Exploration Projects, step-by-step.

In the Explore phase, you'll discover a wide range of career possibilities by closely analysing your work in Prepare and using our strategies and toolkit to dramatically expand your horizons.
You'll then use our rapid, effective shortlisting method to pinpoint 5 careers that are:
Specific
Exciting, and
Viable
Your Career Shortlist will then be ready to take forward into the Plan phase of PEP Talk.

In Module 4, alongside your ongoing exploration and shortlisting, you'll create your own Personal Job Satisfaction Model and learn how to plan career transitions effectively, ready for the Plan phase.

Now that you have an exciting and viable Career Shortlist, we'll go into deep dive mode.
The Plan phase guides you to fill your knowledge gaps, experiment with new ideas, predict work-life balance, explore transition scenarios and more.
It is designed to build confidence and decrease risk, so that you can make an informed, confident and motivated decision about your future path.
Finally, you'll use our proprietary MAINSET model to create your detailed and achievable Career Change Action Plan.

You'll see other career change programs out there. Some even have 3 steps like PEP Talk.
But PEP Talk has a few essential advantages:

PEP Talk is a hybrid program.
By combining a logical, structured approach with transformational coaching, we ensure you have both the know-how and the psychological wizardry to not only find your answers, but clear aside all of those inner blockers to change.
A detailed Career Change Action Plan, plus your own specific objectives that we help you define at the beginning of the program.
You'll know what change you’re going to make and how to implement that change.
Some people make relatively small but significant changes, while others opt for dramatic transitions into something completely new.
Other people's answers are likely to be wrong for you.
So instead of handing you a list of jobs like a school careers adviser, PEP Talk guides you to find your own meaningful answers.
By following the program and engaging with your coach, you'll discover a broad range of motivating careers based on your own core drivers.
You'll narrow these down to a handful of exciting and viable options and make a concrete plan for a better future.
That said, we have a broad experience of roles and career types, so if we can see something you're missing, we'll gladly offer you the idea without attachment.

... because you care deeply about this, so if you don't do it thoroughly, what's the point?
PEP Talk is the most thorough, structured approach out there. Which means you'll need to give it time and commitment.
If you were to treat PEP Talk as a full-time job, we estimate you could work through the complete program (all 6+ modules) in 5 working days.
On top of this, you will need to account for whatever career exploration and research you choose to undertake. We don't estimate this because it varies so much from person to person.
So in theory, PEP Talk could be completed in, say, 2-3 weeks – but in practice, our clients choose to spread this out over a longer period – usually anything between 3 and 8 months.
